Hi friends! I’m Skyler Kempenaar, Somatic Breathwork Coach and the founder of Clear Sky Wellness. I am dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey of self-discovery and healing through breathwork. As a certified trauma informed breathwork facilitator through Pause Breathwork, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where participants can explore the profound potential of conscious breathing.
I believe that the breath is a gateway to unlocking the body’s innate wisdom and releasing emotional blockages. I use my intuitive guidance to create a nurturing environment where participants feel seen, heard, and supported on their healing journey.
Through gentle guidance and compassionate presence, I support participants in accessing deep states of relaxation, expanding their awareness, and tapping into their inner resilience.
